Villa Interior

Located in the pretty town of Ceglie Messapica, in Puglia’s countryside, this 6 bedroom family villa is a comfortable characterful rural retreat. Privately enclosed with high walls and a large swimming pool, the villa overlooks a 26-acre estate.
The masseria itself is composed of 3 guest units. The main house is a large rambling masseria with traditional Italian interiors and exposed stonewalls. Covering 2 floors, the ground floor features a comfortable lounge with fireplace and dining room area. A fully equipped kitchen is nearby with 2 guest toilets. Along the corridor are 2 double bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Upstairs are 2 further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and balconies offering views of the surrounding countryside.
Outside and adjacent to the pool are 2 separate trullis. The large 3-cone trulli house has a double master bedroom with ensuite Jacuzzi bathroom. The 2nd trulli house was turned into a marvellous pool bar, perfect for enjoying drinks by the pool. The 6th bedroom is located in a detached guestroom near the pool and includes its own bathroom.

Villa Exterior

Making the most of the Mediterranean climate, this charming trulli villa has been thoughtfully designed and equipped for indoor/outdoor living. A generously sized swimming pool is the focal point of the grounds with a lovely poolside terrace. The villa has several areas for alfresco dining and relaxing.

The pretty town of Ceglie Messapica is only 5 km away with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The sandy beaches of Torre Guaceto and Villanova are 20 minutes away by car.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
