Villa Interior

Designed and completed in 2014, Villa Flora is right at the cutting edge of a modern new build luxury villa. Nestled in the hills of Puglia’s fabulous Valle d’Itria, Villa Flora is only 8 km from the historic town of Ostuni and 15 km from Puglia’s sandy beaches.

Villa Flora has been stunningly refurbished into a smart Nordic-style villa with open plan living spaces, up-to-date technology and toast-inspiring views. The entrance to the villa leads into a large open plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas, gas fire, satellite TV, DVD player and I-pad docking station. A large dining table is located near to a very smart fully fitted kitchen featuring a convenient breakfast bar with stools, American style fridge-freezer and all the necessary modern appliances. The views from the villa’s large panoramic windows are incredible.

A few steps down from the living room lead you to 3 double en suite bedrooms and a guest toilet. All rooms have ample storage and are bright and spacious. Only 50 meters from the main house is a trulli annex with its own living room, double bedroom and private bathroom.

The grounds are simply stunning and include a large poolside terrace with dining table and BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining, and a very smart infinity pool. Nestled in the hills of Puglia’s fabulous Valle d’Itria, Villa Flora is only 8 km from the historic town of Ostuni and 15 km from Puglia’s sandy beaches. The villa is a short drive away from other notable towns such as Cisternino, Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

The above rates are on a per week basis. The charge is an estimation of costs. Please check our Booking and Cancellation policy for more details. Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
