Villa Interior

The two villas that make up Ville dell’Acqua will give you a high-end Puglian holiday experience in a setting that’s off the beaten track. The two houses feature a modern design integrated with traditional Puglian stone.
Identical in layout and design, both buildings have airy, light-filled interiors that allow you to enjoy views of the rich greenery around you. On the ground floor of each villa, you’ll find a spacious living area with wide glass doors. There’s a spacious sitting area furnished with armchairs and a comfy sofa, and a beautiful stone fireplace as the focal point. There’s also a large flat-screen TV. Close by is a dining area with seating for six people.
Just behind the living area is a contemporary kitchen with a full range of appliances for all your culinary needs. Also nestled on the ground floor are a bathroom and a laundry room.
On the first floor are three gracefully decorated bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large walk-in wardrobe, as well as a free-standing bath. The other two bedrooms have double beds and showers.

Villa Exterior

Ville dell’Acqua’s two villas face each other across gorgeously landscaped grounds. Both houses have plenty of outdoor spaces from which you can take in the glorious landscape of the Puglian countryside.
Each villa’s living room opens onto a wide, stone-paved terrace with dining and lounging furniture, the perfect spot to enjoy the stunning Puglian sunrise over breakfast. On the first floor, you’ll find a balcony where you can look over the garden and pool and the surrounding woodland.
The gardens around the two villas are beautifully lawned and feature lush Mediterranean plants and trees. Spread around the garden are seating and hammocks for when you just want to enjoy the magnificent views in solitude.
The focal point of Ville dell’Acqua’s outdoor area is, of course, the large outdoor pool. The pool is bordered by a stone wall on one end, from which three fountains of water flow. On the other end is a spacious stone deck furnished with sunbeds.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
