Villa Interior

This one level 100-square metre luxury villa in Puglia, with a rooftop garden, features two delightful double bedrooms, a triple bedroom with three single beds, and two beautiful bathrooms.

Enter the villa through the living room where a sliding glass door stands between the interior and the lush greenery of the exterior. Two snug white couches sit between a centre table, while a TV rests on the living room wall. The kitchenette, located a few steps from the living area, is equipped with conveniences such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning as well as a dehumidifier.

Villa Cannaiola’s bedrooms are cosy and lovely. The master bedroom, with a bathroom and shower, offers a dehumidifier and cool air conditioning. The bed, covered in pristine white sheets, is fronted by a sliding glass door offering stunning views of Ostuni’s village. A TV is similarly available in the room. Guests with kids in tow would appreciate the children’s bedroom cradling three single beds. Colourful decorations and a set of children’s books are sure to keep kids entertained. Another master bedroom, also with a glass sliding door featuring outdoor views of the lush garden, provides guests tranquil rest.

Other conveniences provided by the villa include a DVD player, WiFi internet, clean linen and spotless towels.

Villa Exterior

Mediterranean greenery envelop the property with a relaxing vibe thanks to the scented olive trees, gorgeous carob trees, and pleasant pepper trees that dot the exterior.

The 10×5 metre crystal clear pool is fenced in by fantastic foliage. Snug unbeds and umbrellas lie peacefully by the side of the pool.

A covered four-seater dining area stands in front of the villa, while a white-hued eight seater table and comfortable soft-cushioned seating area are lovingly shielded from the sun by a wood ceiling.

A small play area with an adorable kid-size playhouse with benches is ideal for guests with children.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
