Villa Interior

Experience reinvigorating comfort in all two levels of Villa del Timo. The ground floor, which is directly accessible from the backyard, houses three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. Two of the bedrooms have glass doors that offer gorgeous views of the oval pool and the green outdoors. High wood beam ceilings cover the entire ground level with a laid-back, light and cosy atmosphere. The sparse and smoothly designed kitchen has a dining table with pristine white chairs – perfect for an intimate family lunch or dinner. The kitchen similarly offers stunning views of the pool.

The lower ground floor, which can also be entered from the backyard, holds space for the fourth double bedroom. This room, which offers a rear view of this Puglia villa, similarly has its own bathroom and shower. A laundry room and a massage room with bathroom are all situated in the lower ground floor. Enjoy practical amenities such as ADSL Wi-Fi internet, local 24/7 support, TV, air conditioning, iPod docking station and DVD reader.

Villa Exterior

Two hundred meters of Mediterranean greenery, manicured lawn and olive trees surround Villa del Timo in the same way this Puglia villa is enveloped by the picturesque views of the nearby Castellana Grotte and Polignano a Mare. An inviting large oval pool with solarium and deck chairs greet guests upon entry. Laze on the sofa underneath the pergola shade while reading a book or listening to your favourite music thanks to the centralized sound system installed throughout the villa. Relish the outdoor shower with hot water prior to a swim. Two outdoor bathrooms with showers and changing rooms are near the pool and ready for your use. A stone staircase on the villa’s right side leads to a large barbecue area below as well as a stove and stone sink.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
