Villa Interior

Villa Zoe is a refined two-storey house filled with amenities that mix leisurely relaxation with home comforts.
Downstairs you will find an immaculately elegant living room with cosy seating and a flat-screen TV. This light-filled, welcoming space leaves plenty of room to move around and offers views of the pool and the countryside.

Close by is a pristine dining area with a stylish long table offering enough room for eight people. The open room leads to a sleek, all-white kitchen which is fully equipped to satisfy your culinary needs. It features a ceramic hob, a sizeable fridge/freezer and a coffeemaker, along with a dishwasher.

Also downstairs are two double bedrooms featuring white, minimalist decor with pops of colour that give them a relaxed vibe. Picture windows offer postcard-perfect views of the surrounding countryside. One room has an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, while the other opens onto a terrace. There’s also a shower room.

Upstairs are two more double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and picturesque views.

There’s air-conditioning throughout the villa.

Villa Exterior

Villa Zoe’s inviting outdoor space is designed to satisfy the senses. Accessed from the downstairs living area, the generous terrace is furnished for al fresco dining or just plain lounging. Whichever spot you choose to stay, you’ll get to enjoy panoramic views of the idyllic countryside and the village of Santa Margarita in the distance. There’s also a BBQ available whenever you’re up for communal cooking.
The real centrepiece of Villa Zoe, however, is its large swimming pool, the perfect spot for invigorating yourself in a peaceful environment. The pool has a section for kids, as well as a whirlpool area. There’s also a wooden deck with sunbeds for those who prefer to laze in the sun. On the terrace is a hot tub, ideal for unwinding in the evening.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
