Villa Interior

If you’re looking for a villa rental in Mallorca that combines traditional elegance with modern comforts, Villa Reyna will suit your needs perfectly. This beautiful single-storey home was only completed in 2017, but its refined stone exterior gives it the ambience of a classic Mallorcan house.
There’s nothing old-fashioned about Villa Reyna’s interiors though. The main entrance of the house leads to an expansive, open-plan living space flooded with light from glass doors that lead outdoors. Everything about the living area is contemporary, from its gleaming stone floors to the furnishings. The lounge features comfy sofas, along with a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. There’s a cosy dining area with enough room for six people and right next to is the contemporary kitchen which features a ceramic hob, an oven and everything else to meet your culinary requirements.
Farther along is the master bedroom, which features a double bed and has its own bathroom and terrace right next to the pool. There are also two twin bedrooms. The two rooms have a large shared bathroom and direct access to the outdoor terrace. All three bedrooms are minimally furnished to give them a serene vibe.

Villa Exterior

Villa Reyna is all about tranquility and despite being a newly built villa, it manages to blend well with its rural surroundings. This beautiful villa has a sprawling outdoor area that will help you make the most of your secluded setting.
The front of the house enjoys a large outdoor area with a shaded parking space for several vehicles. Here you can marvel at the serene countryside that surrounds the villa.
The back of Villa Reyna is where most of the fun takes place. A spacious covered terrace extends from the living area and the bedrooms. It’s furnished to help you enjoy your meals while taking in the views and the fresh rural air. Right next to the terrace is a lawn which makes a perfect play area for kids. Farther on is the swimming pool, which is surrounded by a deck furnished with sunloungers, a great spot for those who want to soak up the sun.
You’ll also find a cosy work area with a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
