Villa Interior

Villa Roslyn is a seamless blend of modern sophistication and homey comfort. This immaculately furnished three-storey villa was built in 2016, and everything about its interiors is fashionable in a subtle way.
The ground floor of Villa Roslyn hosts a garage and a laundry room. Here you’ll also find a light-filled, low-key twin bedroom with a large wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
The wide staircase leads to the first floor which contains three other bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom and terrace with majestic sea views. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds, and the other one has twin beds. All three are flooded with light during the day and give off a tranquil vibe to help you rest at night.
A spacious, open-plan living area is nestled on the top floor of the house. This floor is all about wide, open spaces, giving a party of eight guests plenty of room to move around and enjoy each other’s company. The bright lounge features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. It also opens onto a balcony. Farther along is a roomy dining area with contemporary furniture. A large doorway leads to an expansive, modern kitchen with a fine wood finish. It’s equipped with an electric cooker, a microwave, a coffee maker and everything else you’ll need to cook up a meal for eight.

Villa Exterior

If you’re looking for a contemporary villa for rent in Mallorca that’s near the sea, Villa Roslyn will be perfect for you. This beautifully built villa makes optimum use of its wonderful location and has an abundance of exterior spots from which you can enjoy the spectacular views it offers.
The whole area surrounding Villa Roslyn is gated and lined with Mediterranean greenery. The centrepiece of the ground area, of course, is the large outdoor infinity pool where you can go for an invigorating swim while taking in the sight of your verdant surroundings. Next to the pool is a wooden deck furnished with sunbeds, the perfect spot for topping up your tan. There’s also a large paved terrace with modern lounging furniture.
The first floor of Villa Roslyn features several terraces that extend from the bedrooms. One of these terraces is also furnished with comfy seating.
The best place to enjoy the majestic sea views, however, is the top floor of the house where you can find a wide balcony. This space is kitted out for when you feel like enjoying an al fresco meal and it also features a barbecue.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
