Villa Interior

Villa Micaela sits on a countryside estate, with no neighbours in sight, making this two-storey house the perfect getaway if you’re looking to enjoy your Menorcan holiday in seclusion.
The villa’s interiors have the rustic vibe of an old-fashioned farmhouse. On the ground floor, the open-plan living room features a spacious lounge area with cosy sofas and chairs, where you can laze in front of the fireplace. Close by is the dining area with its country-style furniture, with enough room for ten people. The large glass doors open out onto a terrace. There’s also a separate game room with table tennis.
The kitchen has an understated look but offers plenty of equipment for your culinary needs. There’s a cooker and oven, a fridge/freezer, a coffeemaker and a microwave, plus a dishwasher. There’s also a utility room with a washing machine.
The bedrooms are spread between the ground and first floors. Downstairs is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom. Upstairs, you’ll find another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and two more twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms are decorated in a laid-back, traditional fashion. There’s also a balcony with steps that lead down to the outdoor terrace.
There’s Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout the house. All windows have wooden shutters that open out, completing the authentic farmhouse ambience of Villa Micaela.

Villa Exterior

Villa Micaela’s outdoor space is laid out to ensure maximum relaxation in complete privacy. A spacious terrace, accessed through the patio doors from the living room, features a wood-beamed ceiling and wide open archways. There’s an area where you can enjoy some al fresco dining, as well as a lounging space with sofas.
One of the highlights of the villa’s exteriors is the swimming pool, which measures 10 x 5 m, perfect for a spot of exercise. The pool is flanked by a stone deck furnished with sunloungers. There’s also a large lawn surrounding the outdoor area.
All throughout, you’ll get to enjoy magnificent views of the countryside and the harbour in the distance. There’s also enough parking space for four cars.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
