Villa Interior

Set on a cliff and offering majestic views, Villa Tia makes a terrific rental villa in Mallorca for anyone who wants to stay close to the sea.
The entrance to this three-storey house is through the first floor, which leads to a large living space. There’s a light-filled lounge with plenty of room to move about, and furnished with sofas and a flat-screen TV. Close by is a dining area which features a rustic table and vintage furnishings. Right next to it is a contemporary kitchen with a minimalist vibe. You’ll get to enjoy stunning views throughout this room as well as direct access to the terrace through the wide glass doors.
Upstairs are two expansive double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms opens to a private furnished balcony. The other one has its own sitting area and an alcove with a daybed and a desk. Farther on is a cozy bedroom with a single bed, an en suite bathroom and a large mirrored wardrobe. All bedrooms are minimally decorated with a few accents of bright colours.
The ground floor of Tia Villa offers an airy spa area. Here you’ll find a sauna, a Turkish bath and a Jacuzzi, making it the perfect relaxation spot after a fun-filled day. Also nestled on this floor are a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms. The double bedroom has direct pool access. There’s also a snug bedroom with a single bed.
The villa offers Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and satellite TV, and is large enough for a party of ten.

Villa Exterior

One of the most appealing things about Villa Tia is its terrific location, and throughout the villa you’ll find plenty of outdoor spaces to help you get the most out of this feature. The ground floor of the house rests right on the rocks and serves as a wonderful spot for taking in the majestic sea views. The area that extends from this floor is lawned and features a swimming pool right in the centre. All around it are loungers for those who just want to soak up the sun.
An exterior staircase leads to an impressively wide terrace on the first floor of the villa, which can also be accessed from the living room. This expansive space is kitted out with lounging furniture, as well as a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Up here, you’ll get to enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding area.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
