Villa Interior

If you`re seeking a retreat that allows you to enjoy Menorca in an unhurried fashion, Villa Jade is the perfect base for you. Immaculately furnished, this single-storey home combines contemporary design with a relaxed ambience.
There`s a cosy but light-filled, open-plan living area with doors that open out onto the outdoor terrace. The lounge area features comfy sofas, a great space for lazing and enjoying views of the outdoor greenery. The dining area comes with a contemporary table with seating for up to eight guests.
The villa`s hallway leads to a spacious kitchen with a homey vibe. Featuring cupboards reminiscent of mid-century modern design, this space includes everything you need to cook up the day`s meals. It has a glass-ceramic hob and oven, a tall fridge/freezer, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. There`s also a utility room with laundry facilities.
Villa Jade`s four bedrooms are all decorated in a low-key manner, ensuring that you have the space you need to simply unwind. There`s a double bedroom and three twin bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. All rooms have direct outdoor access.
There`s also another bathroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout round out the villa`s creature comforts.

Villa Exterior

Villa Jade`s outdoor area offers you plenty of room to relax and have fun. The spacious porch lies under a wood-beamed roof with arches, giving it an authentic Menorcan vibe. There`s a lounge area, and another space for al fresco dining, which features rustic furniture.
The centrepiece is, of course, the outdoor pool, which measures 9 x 4 metres, and is 3.4 ft at its shallowest end and 6.6 ft at its deepest. Flanking the pool is a deck furnished with sunloungers.
There`s a patch of artificial lawn, and the whole outdoor space is surrounded by greenery, giving you privacy as you bask in the sun in peace.
There`s a BBQ for your outdoor cooking needs, and parking space for two cars.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
