Villa Interior

Villa Amaia is a stunning contemporary home with a laid-back appeal. It’s made up of two symmetrical parts that are joined together in the basement and by the rooftop. The two parts of the villa are identical in layout and decoration. Each one has a front door that opens onto a spacious, open-plan living area. This airy, light-filled space has a lounge that features a large semi-circular sofa with colourful cushions, a decorative fireplace and bold wall art. Close by is a dining area with country-style furnishings. One part of the villa also has a down-to-earth, fully equipped kitchen which has a charming, old-fashioned country vibe.
Each side of the villa has a staircase that leads to a floor that houses two low-key double bedrooms. All four bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms and are minimally furnished to ensure that you get a restful night’s sleep. They also open out onto spacious balconies, where you’ll be treated to dazzling views of the Balearic Sea. One of the bedrooms also has a separate shower.
The basement runs along the whole length of the villa, and features laundry equipment.

Villa Exterior

Villa Amaia is impeccably situated right on the shores of the Balearic Sea. You can expect to revel in the gorgeous views from inside and outside this gracefully designed house.
The two parts of the villa both have wide covered terraces. One features lounging furniture, while the other has a dining table and seating for eight people.
The terraces lead to a deck furnished with sunloungers, which surrounds a large outdoor swimming pool. The pool has a section for children, which makes it a fantastic cooling spot for everyone in the family.
One of the things that make Villa Amaia truly stand out is its greenery. The villa is flanked by sumptuous gardens that are framed by hedges. The large lawn, dotted by Mediterranean trees and topiary, makes for a soothing, relaxing sight–just what you need on your Mallorcan holiday.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
