Villa Interior

Make the most of your holiday by staying in a wonderful villa rental in Puglia that mixes contemporary styling and old-fashioned Mediterranean decor. Villa Luciana is a single-storey home that features interiors with vaulted ceilings and rustic accents.
The villa’s wide glass doors flood its rooms with plenty of light. It has a large open-plan living room with a lounge that features neutral-toned decor, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a big, comfortable sofa. It also has a spacious dining area with a rustic-chic look. The whole living room has a tasteful mixture of modern and down-to-earth furnishings.
A doorway leads to an airy kitchen. Sporting a minimalist design with country-style touches, this bright space will delight any aspiring chef. There’s a snug utility area just outside the kitchen.
Farther along, you’ll find three cosy double bedrooms. The neutral colours, classic furnishings and elegant, vaulted ceilings fuse together to give these rooms a serene vibe guaranteed to send you off to a peaceful sleep at night. One of the bedrooms has a modern en suite bathroom, and all have glass doors that give you direct access to outdoor terraces.

Villa Exterior

Villa Luciana makes the most of its idyllic countryside location by having expansive, open outdoor spaces from which you can enjoy the wonderful views.
The villa itself stands in the middle of a large tract of land dotted with Mediterranean greenery. The living room doors open out onto a large covered terrace. The three bedrooms also offer you direct access to wide covered terraces. One of the terraces features lounging furniture, while another has a little dining area for two.
A paved footpath leads from the villa to its outdoor centrepiece – a big, shimmering swimming pool where you can cool yourself down when the Puglian heat gets a little intense. Surrounding the pool is a wide paved deck with sunloungers. There’s also a large covered terrace furnished with dining tables where you can enjoy an al fresco meal. Close by is a barbecue area for when you feel like indulging in a cookout.
All around the villa are footpaths flanked by lush plants and trees, giving you plenty of room for quiet walks without having to leave the comfort of Villa Luciana.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
