Villa Interior

One-level modern luxury Puglia villa is furnished with three stylishly simple double bedrooms and two bathrooms laid out in 100 square metres of chic space.

The entrance to this villa in Puglia is through the back of the property where guests are lead to an open space living room surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that offer scenic views of the pool and the lavish garden.

The austere American kitchen, and its immaculately white table which could double as a breakfast nook, provides guests with practical facilities such as a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and freezer.

A large sliding glass door fronts the 10-seater table in the dining area allowing guests to enjoy a communal meal while savouring views of the lush outdoor greenery.

Down the hall, two double bedrooms, with a shared bathroom and shower, features a large glass door that sees and opens to the stunning garden. Another double bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom and shower, boasts a glass door to make waking up and stepping into the lavish outdoors exquisitely effortless.

Villa Exterior

A private swimming pool surrounded by snug sunbeds lie leisurely outside inviting guests to take a quick dip or a hearty swim.

The 2,000-square metre garden is replete with gorgeous olive groves that offer a relaxing opportunity to lounge in scented splendor. Additionally, the villa’s elevated location makes viewing the countryside and nearby sea a visually resplendent treat. An outdoor table and chairs standing under a shaded area near the villa is the perfect place for a light lunch, early breakfast or quick afternoon tea.

Uncovered parking is available for four cars. A solarium with a modern-style seating area is an additional space to lounge in.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
