An electric oven with hobs, a microwave oven, and a slew of pots and pans are readily available to be used. A laundry area further provides convenience to guests. Snug sofas perfect for lounging are located on the ground floor’s two lovely loggias. These loggias similarly provide open access to the delectable garden.
      The first floor houses two double and one twin pleasant bedrooms, each nestled underneath gracefully designed wood beamed ceilings. Two spotless bathrooms rest on this level.
      A Mansard roof holds a delightful double bedroom and pristine bathroom.
      Large windows allow light to enter the villa’s interior thereby adding brightness and cheer to this property’s ambiance.
      Further facilities guests can expect in charming Villa Lia include a dishwasher, a warm open fireplace, washing machine, television, and a Euro DVD player.

      Villa Exterior

      A fully furnished paved terrace on the ground floor is an ideal space to take in the charming outdoor view of the property.

      The well-maintained garden envelops the villa with beautiful greenery replete with pots planted with Mediterranean blooms and gorgeous geraniums.

      A 12×6 metre pool lies surrounded by snug sun beds. A tiled loggia encircles the pool and serves as a restful respite from the heat.

      A barbecue facility provides a good opportunity for communal meals while
      a private shaded car park is readily available for guests’ use.

      Price Per Week

      Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
