      Villa Interior

      Three level Puglia holiday villa features a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a single open bedroom, and four spotless bathrooms spread over 220 square metres of plush space.

      The ground floor nestles the living and dining area – both ideal spaces for communal lounging thanks to its snug furnishings and warm fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen is replete with a large oven, hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer to allow guests to create their preferred meals anytime. A guest toilet is also located on this level.

      The first floor is accessible from the ground floor via an open stairway. A lovely double bedroom with spotless ensuite bathroom offers restful slumber. Two twin bedrooms are also on this floor to provide guests with a relaxing respite. An expansive wardrobe space is available for guests’ use. A second bathroom is situated on this floor.

      The second floor houses a pleasant single open bedroom and a small water closet.

      Other amenities provided by the villa include a microwave oven, CD player, and television.

      Villa Exterior

      A lovely pool built with natural stone borders lie restfully outside the property. A well-maintained lawn envelopes the pool making the space perfect for lounging under the warm Tuscan sun.

      The gardens nestle a barbecue terrace – a perfect place for communal cooking. Sumptuous al fresco meals can be enjoyed in the large stone terrace.

      Stunning greenery and delightful flowers unique to the locality of Chianti are planted in the villa’s beautifully maintained garden. Guests can expect to wake up to the fragrant scent of the season’s blooms.

      Price Per Week

      Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
