Villa Interior

Three-level Tuscany holiday villa offers guests an idyllic holiday respite in its three exquisite double bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The lower ground floor houses a one-of-a-kind wine cellar converted from an original Roman water cistern. A soothing hot tub, stylish art gallery and stocked wine cellar replete with sumptuous local wines are available for guests.
The ground floor nestles a bedroom suite with a comfortable king-size bed and study area ideal for reading. A snug sofa offers a cosy space for lounging. A private bathroom with a refreshing shower stands on this level. The lovely arched doors present in this level give off a subdued regal vibe.

The first floor features the spacious living area boasting a fireplace made from basalt stone. The 14th century terracotta floors and wood beams reflect a traditionally classy vibe. The minimalist kitchen is equipped with practical amenities that will ensure guests feel right at home.

The second floor offers picturesque views of Civita valley. The bedroom suite, with ensuite bathroom and shower, features a queen size bed underneath exposed ceiling beams. Another bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom rests on this floor where an equally grand queen size bed provides blissful slumber.

Villa Exterior

. The villa stands underneath a complex system of caves and tombs dating back from the 14th century.

A lovely Italian garden with well-tended greenery stands with pride outside the property. Two stone caves are accessible from the garden where a pool with hot tub offers guests restful recreation. The garden kitchen and barbecue area are perfect places for communal outdoor cooking.

A quaint table with chairs situated inside the gazebo adds charm to the villa’s exterior surroundings. Enjoy al fresco dining while savouring the region’s breath-taking views

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
