Villa Interior

Villa Iris is a 150-hectare accommodation that contains seven double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms – all en-suite – and ten bathrooms spread within its palatial interior.

The entrance to this cosily impressive villa is via the ground floor hall where guests are ushered into the bright sitting room space. The courtly main halls connect guests to the lovely library and billiards room – spaces perfect for stylish leisure and recreation. The same floor nestles a homely double bedroom with an immaculately pristine handicapped-equipped bathroom. The spacious 12-seater dining room rests on the same floor, while the hunting hall – with its enormous fireplace – offers guests a relaxing place for communal lounging. The well-equipped kitchen similarly stands on the ground floor as well as another bathroom.

The first floor cradles most of Villa Iris’ bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, an intimate living room, and a beautiful bathroom with shower facility. Two twin bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, lie next to the master bedroom. Two more double bedrooms rest on this floor including a lovely bathroom with shower. A sumptuous single bedroom with a delicious French bed provides restful slumber. A spacious marble bathroom with shower is built for this room. Additionally, two double bedrooms stand on this floor as well as two spacious bathrooms.

Villa Exterior

A charming balcony on the first floor master bedroom overlooks the gorgeous garden of Villa Iris. Wake up to the panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside.

The 9×14 metre pool lies in the midst of expansive greenery. Sun beds and sun loungers shaded by fashionable umbrellas dot the surrounds of the pool. The pool is lit during the evenings making night swimming a delectable recreational activity.

A large loggia sheltered by a rustic wood-beamed ceiling cradles cosy outdoor sofas and a long table perfect for communal outdoor dining. Relax while enjoying fresh Tuscan cuisine culled from the villa’s vegetable garden.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
