Villa Interior

Three double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms and six bathrooms complete Villa Caterina’s fine features.
The ground floor nestles an expansive living room and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen’s beamed ceiling and terracotta flooring invites discerning guests to create their preferred meals in stylish comfort. The dining room offers lovely French windows while the living area has a comfortable fireplace that encourages lounging in the reading room alcove. A computer with internet, TV and fax rests in this room. A double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi is situated on this level.
The first floor features a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with enticing Jacuzzi bath and shower. Two twin bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, rest on this floor. One bathroom offers guests a shower and tub, while the other bathroom possesses a shower facility. Another double bedroom – with its own bathroom, Jacuzzi bath and shower – stands on this level. A laundry room and wardrobe is similarly situated on this floor.
A medieval tower annexed to the villa has its own entryway and offers a double bedroom, bathroom and shower.
The villa’s Lemon House, now converted to a lovely sitting room, features six arched windows overlooking the stunning Tuscan countryside.
A charming 13th century chapel, lovingly built for Saint Bartholomew, stands within the property.
A small wine cellar is located underneath the castle. This tiny cavern made from tuff rock provides the best temperature for varied spirits.

Villa Exterior

A spacious garden fronts Villa Caterina with scenic views of the boundless Tuscan countryside.

The 10×5 metre swimming pool is surrounded by a well-maintained lawn while a shower and outdoor refrigerator is readily available for guests’ use.

Awe-inspiring roof terraces in the medieval tower and Lemon House gives guests memorably picturesque views of romantic Tuscany.

The villa is the perfect place to explore Tuscany’s unique heritage, tradition and art due to its proximity to beautiful nearby towns Certaldo and San Gimignano.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
