Villa Interior

A double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one single bedroom and three bathrooms complete Villa Alya’s pleasant amenities.
A twin bedroom nestling hydrangea-designed furnishings provides guests a delightful slumber. Another twin bedroom, with beds convertible to a double bed, features Florentine-style antique headboards as well as an ensuite bathroom. A spacious built-in wardrobe offers suitable space for guests’ clothes.
A double bedroom housing a wall of blue hue envelopes guests with a relaxing warmth. Beautiful silk-curtained windows in the room allow scenic views of the outdoors. Antique arm chairs further ensure a comfortable stay. A small single bedroom is located on this floor as well.
The well-equipped practical kitchen offers a home-away-from-home vibe thanks to the five-burner cooker, two low refrigerators with freezer, two ovens, kettle, microwave, and coffee machine.
The stunning living room cradles a cosy fireplace and sitting room replete with two sumptuous sofas, an armchair and low tables. This space similarly offers scenic views of the enchanting outdoors.
A traditional chestnut table with six snug chairs rest in the sitting-dining room where large glass windows provide gorgeous countryside views.

Villa Exterior

Ninety-square metre terrace envelopes three sides of the villa thereby allowing guests to immerse in the terrific Tuscan weather while enjoying gorgeous countryside views.

See Lucca’s plains, sprawling meadow, woods and lovely lawn from Villa Alya’s south-facing terrace. The L-shaped pool similarly lies outdoor a few steps from the terrace ready to offer guests a hearty swim.

Delicious outdoor meals can be enjoyed from the east side of the property underneath a shady shelter. For communal cooking, a barbecue facility stands north of the villa.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
