Villa Interior

The living room, replete with pristine white furnishing, is accessible via a glass door that offers you a view of the terrace and the pool. The cosy dining room is a few steps from the living area. The beautiful white walls of the living room serve as a perfect backdrop to highlight the stunning views right outside the door. The cream-colored dining table stands out from the rest of the furnishings, highlighting its value as an area to get together and enjoy sumptuous food and wine. A glass door in both the double bedroom and twin bedroom serves as a partition from – while also offering gorgeous views of – the terraced outdoor. The large master bedroom has an ensuite shower while two immaculately comfortable single beds are in the twin bedroom. The classy white-walled kitchen with an equally white counter top blends in with Villa Atena’s clean, unspoilt look. Practical amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher, heating, air conditioning, ADSL Wi-Fi internet, local 24/7 support, and TV are available for your ready use.

Villa Exterior

Villa Atena has an abundance of outdoor spaces. An 18×3 swimming pool lies lazily in front of the villa waiting for you to dip your toes in and heartily swim. A comfortable table and chairs are perfectly positioned underneath a shaded area of the property allowing you easy access to the pool and cosy views of the stunning hills of Monopoli. An outdoor sofa set is located in another area of Villa Atena overlooking the slew of pomegranates, olive trees and garden of Mediterranean greenery. A pergola on the side of the villa shades a wood oven and washing area, ideal for outdoor cooking and dining.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
