Villa Interior

A double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms complete Villa Falco’s elegantly homely amenities.

The main room boasts of the open and spacious living as well as dining area where warm furnishings complement the cosy fireplace. The stunning sea is visible from this area. For guests’ viewing pleasure, a TV sits in the corner while a sofa bed suited for two guests is available in this lovely space. The dining table is readily available anytime for hearty meals. The fully-equipped kitchen provides guests with a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and refrigerator – features that are sure to make guests feel right at home.
The pristine master bedroom faces the gorgeous garden, while the twin room that nestles two single beds – convertible to a double bed – offers a flawless bathroom with a sink and toilet.
A larger bathroom-cum-spa is situated in this villa where not only regular features such as a double sink is provided. Guests can similarly expect a shower with soothing Chrome therapy, hydromassage, a Finnish sauna, and Turkish bath.

Villa Exterior

Well-maintained English grass envelops Villa Falco while hundred-year old Olive trees embrace the property with a distinct Apulian vibe.

Set in the beautiful countryside, this Italian holiday getaway boasts of a 14×7 metre private pool that is located a mere 5 metres from the entrance. Pleasant sun beds and high quality chairs surround the pool. The outdoor shower is perfect prior to or after enjoying a hearty swim.

Communal lounging can be enjoyed in the spacious terrace where an outdoor lounge with an 8-seater dining table and mobile barbecue facility rests.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
