Villa Interior

Villa Devota is a gracefully decorated single-storey villa in an exclusive residential enclave. It has light-filled interiors that make the most of its wonderful location by giving guests plenty of sea and island views, a truly magnificent option from our range of luxury villa rentals in Lanzarote.
The villa`s main entrance leads to a bright lounge featuring a flat-screen TV, and comfy sofas with nautical colours. A large window brings plenty of light in, along with marvellous sea views. An archway leads to a cosy dining area with room for six people. Farther along is a country-style kitchen with a homey ambience. It`s equipped with everything you need to feed a party of five.
The master bedroom features a double bed, a picture window and an expansive built-in wardrobe, as well as a large en suite bathroom. There`s a twin bedroom, which also features a large built-in wardrobe, and a snug bedroom with a single bed. All three rooms have whitewashed walls, country-style decor and a relaxed ambience to guarantee a good night`s rest.
Wi-Fi and another bathroom round out Villa Devota`s interior amenities.

Villa Exterior

Perched at the top of a sloping road, Villa Devota affords its guests terrific views of the sea, and its outdoor area makes full use of this great position.
Between the lounge and one of the bedrooms is a covered porch, which features plenty of room and is furnished with dining and lounging furniture, and even a ceiling fan so you can enjoy the outdoor views without getting too hot.
The porch extends onto a balcony, offering you additional vantage points for viewing the lovely scenery. From the balcony, steps lead down to a deck with loungers and a pool, the perfect spot for when you feel like cooling yourself down or basking in the sun.
Villa Devota also has a BBQ and covered parking space.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

The above rates are on a per week basis. The charge is an estimation of costs. Please check our Booking and Cancellation policy for more details. Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
