Villa Interior

Villa Quartilla is an 18-acre Tuscan two-floor villa replete with three dreamy double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and three bathrooms.
The ground floor’s spacious 14-seater lounge-dining room features a cosy 15th century fireplace with lovely lounges overlooking the pool and garden. The expansive Tuscan kitchen similarly has its very own fireplace and a classic oven. An antique basin in the bathroom complements the modern-styled shower. A double bedroom with a mahogany wardrobe rests on this level.
The first floor houses three beautiful bedrooms accessible via a stone staircase. A twin bedroom – convertible to a double bed upon request – offers guests a walnut wardrobe, and a shared bathroom. A double bedroom on the same level boasts a Louis Philippe armchair and Persian carpets. A bathroom with multifunctional Jacuzzi bath tub with ozono and chromo therapy is available. Another double bedroom features an 18th century wardrobe and a large statue of the holy Madonna and Child. A classic chest of drawers stands on the side of this double bedroom, along with a striking 17th century velvet chair. An ensuite bathroom provides a Turkish bath, chromo therapy, and Jacuzzi shower.

Villa Exterior

The 8×16 metre pool offers eight discerning guests a soothing hydromassage. The pool lies on a natural terrace and overlooks the vibrant views of the Valdinevole valley. Chairs, umbrellas, chaise-lounges, and divans allow communal outdoor lounging. Come night, the pool is lit for guests’ further recreation and convenience.

A spacious changing room is located under the deck of the pool as well as showers and a bathroom. A fitness room replete with gym equipment is perfect for guests who prefer to work out while on holiday.

Walk barefoot on the manicured lawn and enjoy the gorgeous geraniums inside terracotta pots scattered all throughout the villa’s garden.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
