Villa Interior

Five double bedrooms, a single bedroom, and six bathrooms make up Villa Evelina’s charming features.
The ground floor lobby leads to an expansive parlour where guests can lounge in front of the warm fireplace in blissful comfort. The living and dining area offers a generous space for communal relaxation and sumptuous meal-sharing. Also located on this level is the well-equipped kitchen which stands adjacent to the breakfast room. A lovely double bedroom with a handicapped-accessible ensuite bathroom and shower is on this floor as well as a single bedroom with a half bathroom.
The first floor nestles four spacious bedrooms perfect for a restful sleep. Choose the room which suits your taste: an elegant king-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and shower, a king-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, a delectable double bedroom with ensuite bath with shower, and a double bedroom with ensuite bath and tub with shower.
Upon request an annex is also available for an extra cost. This sixty square metre dependence sits adjacent to the main villa where a sitting room lies along with an intimate kitchenette and fireplace. A king-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower is located in this annex as well as a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, shower and tub.

Villa Exterior

Relax or dine al fresco in Villa Evelina’s gorgeous garden and gazebo. Enveloped by a tranquil countryside vibe, this luxury villa in Tuscany is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and stunning greenery.

Communal cooking is possible via the barbecue covered area replete with a comfortable table and chairs.

The broad patio provides limitless views of the vibrant Val d’Arno.

Enjoy a hearty swim in the 12×6 metre pool appropriately heated with geothermal energy. Kids can similarly swim in safety as the pool is fenced with a secure gate and wooden railing.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
