Villa Interior

Villa Rosina is an enchanting countryside villa with clean lines, stylish design, olive grove lawns and a lovely pool. Set in the Puglia countryside but close to the lively town of Ugento, this quaint villa features 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms accommodating up to 8 guests.

The front door leads into an attractively furnished open plan living and dining area. A large plasma satellite TV is featured on the wall with comfortable sofas while a stylish dining table is conveniently close to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher oven, hob and fridge freezer. A small separate laundry room is also nearby.

A hallway on the ground floor leads to 4 elegant double bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are en suite and the additional 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. One of the double bedrooms has its own private shower in the bedroom.

Villa Exterior

Villa Rosina is situated in the Puglia countryside and is accessed by a private driveway. With a large walled garden, the villa is surrounded by enchanting olive groves.

Outside a panoramic long lap swimming pool is featured at the back of the villa and is surrounded by a large private olive tree garden. A stone BBQ, oven and sink are conveniently located near a shaded dining area overlooking the pool. The villa has parking for 10 cars and is only 8 km from the pretty town of Ugento, where you will find plenty of restaurants a pharmacy and one of Italy’s most famous beaches.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
