Villa Interior

One level villa features 270 square metres of stylishly sparse interiors replete with two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a bunk bedroom, and two impeccable bathrooms.

Guests are welcomed to this luxury Puglia villa via an entrance that leads to an intimate living area nestled underneath a trulli cone and enveloped in authentic stone. A bright red carpet surrounded by soft-coloured sofas sharpens the room’s gentle vibe. A stone fireplace provides soothing warmth to the living area.

The main kitchen, designed with modern comfort, cradles a contemporary dining table and amenities such as coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster.

Two elegantly stark double bedrooms, one of which offers an ensuite bathroom with shower while the other comfortably wrapped within a stone trulli, offers guests restful sleep. A snug bunk bed is similarly available within an intimate room that offers scenic views of the d’Itria valley through a square-sized window. A lovely twin bedroom wrapped in trulli stone furnished with quaint lamps on each side of the beds provides guests with peaceful slumber. A bathroom with tub and shower is situated in the area.

A double bedroom, with an arched glass door that features clear views of the pool and the outdoor greenery, stands alone near the main house. The same structure features a bathroom with shower, and a lovely kitchenette.

Villa Exterior

A lush lawn filled with gorgeous olive trees sits in a one hectare fully fenced manicured garden replete with Mediterranean greenery.

Cosy sunbeds stand beside the 10×5 metre refreshing pool. An outdoor shower is available for guests’ comfort.

For communal lounging, the comely covered patio with barbecue facility encourages outdoor cooking and sumptuous meal-sharing.

A specially dedicated jogging area surrounds the property.

The lovely local stones which make up the trulli are delicately restored to their original colour.
