Villa Interior

Villa Gilda is a luminous and breezy modern house with bright interiors with incredible landscape views. Inside the villa you will find a large open plan living and dining area with satellite TV, stereo, dining table and comfortable sofas. The large living room with open-plan kitchen has sliding doors that lead outside to a large shaded terrace The kitchen is fully fitted with a microwave, American fridge-freezer, washing machine dishwasher and oven. Nearby there is a bathroom with shower. Villa Gilda features 4 beautifully appointed double bedrooms. Two of the four bedrooms are arranged on the ground floor and share a bathroom with shower and two sinks. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs and both have an ensuite bathroom.

Villa Exterior

Located close to the town of Le Capannine, Villa Gilda is only 2 km from the sea. It is only a 10 minute drive away from the beaches of Punta Prosciutto, Torre Colimena and Chidro, one of Puglia’s protected and beautiful nature reserves.

The back of the house is home to the main al fresco dining and lounge areas. Here there is a large covered dining table and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture for reclining, relaxing and enjoying the views. There is an external staircase also which leads to a large roof top terrace offering panoramic views of the countryside along with comfortable stone benching, perfect for watching a Puglia sunset. There are 2 outside showers and a large swimming pool with waterfall (17m x 4,50 mt. depth 1.70m high part – 1.20m bottom).

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

The above rates are on a per week basis. The charge is an estimation of costs. Please check our Booking and Cancellation policy for more details. Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
