Villa Interior

Villa Brianna`s interior spaces fuse elegance with a laid-back country vibe.
Nestled on the ground floor is the villa`s large living area. Warm, welcoming colours dominate this space, while stone floors, wood-beamed ceilings and dark wood furniture give it a refined air. Cushy sofas and a wood-burning stove make for comfortable lounging in front of the 60-inch flat-screen TV. Just behind is a cosy dining space with hardwood furnishings. A wide doorway leads to a roomy kitchen that combines traditional wooden cupboards with sleek appliances. Everything you need for your culinary activities is here—a glass-ceramic hob, a family-size fridge/freezer, a coffeemaker and a dishwasher. There`s also a shabby-chic dining table and a pantry.
A casual game room is equipped with table tennis and an elliptical trainer if you need to burn some energy. There`s also a sitting area ithat looks out onto the terrace, perfect for when you just feel like lazing on a sofa.
The other side of the ground floor houses two twin bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. There`s also a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. All three rooms are minimally furnished to ensure maximum relaxation. Picture windows frame magnificent volcano views.
All the downstairs rooms have doors that let plenty of light in and open out onto the terrace.
Upstairs you`ll find the sprawling master bedroom. an elegant space with its wood-beamed ceiling and antique-style furniture. The en suite bathroom features a large soaking tub.

Villa Exterior

Villa Brianna offers plenty of outdoor space for you to enjoy panoramic views of the village and the distant volcanoes.
The large shaded terrace is furnished with a rustic dining table to complement the views and give you a wonderful al fresco dining experience.
Terracotta steps lead down to a pool that`s just the right size for kids and adults alike. The pool is flanked by a deck where you can take in the vista while unwinding on a sunbed.
There`s also a spacious outdoor cooking area with a BBQ and a sink, giving you plenty of room for a communal cookout session.
The whole outdoor area is surrounded by a low stone fence, and bordered sections containing Lanzarote`s unique volcanic soil.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

The above rates are on a per week basis. The charge is an estimation of costs. Please check our Booking and Cancellation policy for more details. Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
