      The ground floor is replete with dining and lounging amenities which is built to make a guest’s stay restfully memorable. Solid wood beam ceilings shelter the comfortable eight-seater dining room. A lovely lounge room is fronted by a warm antique fireplace. A card table with four seats and a billiard room offer limitless opportunities for recreation. The main kitchen, suited for eight guests, nestles a pizza oven and another warm fireplace. Another kitchen – built for six – is well equipped for guests who love to cook. A table fit for a large group of sixteen people is in the lounge/dining room. The TV room features an armchair and divan bed. A bathroom with Jacuzzi shower rests on this level as well as a facility for laundry.
      The second floor is the perfect area for a peaceful slumber thanks to six snug bedrooms. The four double bedrooms all have king-size beds. Three offer a Jacuzzi shower, while one bedroom provides a soothing Jacuzzi hydromassage. The triple bedroom cradles three comfortable single beds, while the single bedroom has a built-in wardrobe with a chest of drawers. The triple bedroom and single bedroom share a common bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi bath.
      The loft area nestles a twin bedroom boasting of an 18th century wrought-iron bed.

      Villa Exterior

      The 6×12 metre pool lies on the villa’s natural terrace and offers stunning views of the vibrant Valdinevole valley. A de-stressing hydromassage is provided by the overflow pool. Exciting swimjets are available to allow guests to experience the water treadmill. The outdoor changing room offers guests a shower and toilet. The pool lights up, and is specially inviting during night time.

      An area perfect for bathing under the warm Italian sun sits beside the pool and is replete with divans, tables, chairs and cosy umbrellas. A gorgeous gazebo stands on the right side of the pool.

      Guests with kids in tow will appreciate the property’s small children’s corner.

      Price Per Week

      Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

      The above rates are on a per week basis. The charge is an estimation of costs. Please check our Booking and Cancellation policy for more details. Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
