Villa Interior

Villa Lina is a truly dazzling two-storey holiday home that offers plenty of light-filled, beautifully designed spaces for up to ten guests.
This magnificent villa was built to make the most of its hillside location, affording you views of the surrounding hills and the charming village and quiet beach a few kilometres away.
Nestled on the ground floor of Villa Lina is an open-plan living area with direct access to a series of outdoor terraces. The lounge is minimally furnished with a comfortable sofa facing towards the large floor-to-ceiling window and the lovely views it offers. Close by is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, both stylishly decorated with country-style accents.
You’ll also find two double bedrooms on this floor. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated in warm grey and white tones, and open onto furnished outdoor terraces. There’s also a modern bathroom and a guest toilet. A staircase next to the dining area leads upstairs to three more bedrooms, all of which also feature casually chic furnishings and have twin beds. There are two further bathrooms on this floor as well.

Villa Exterior

Villa Lina makes a one-of-a-kind holiday home, given its perfect hillside location and the marvellous, expansive vistas it offers.
Both floors of this wonderful villa make great use of this ideal position. There are plenty of outdoor terraces that give you various vantage points from which to see the nearby hills, the historic village and the tranquil sandy beach. You’ll also have views of the famous La Rocca, a rugged rock face that lies just behind the village of Cefalu.
The ground floor of the villa opens to a series of furnished terraces, giving you a multitude of spaces in which to lounge and take in the views. There’s also a terrace lined with sunloungers, providing you the perfect spot to indulge in sunbathing. Close by is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a large dining table. An exterior staircase leads to a swimming pool, perched so that you feel like you can touch the sea below while you’re cooling yourself down. The views are even more spectacular at night when the village lights are flickering. Next to the pool is a furnished deck.
Farther up is another large terrace, overlooking the lower terraces and the village below.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
