Villa Interior

Villa Cassia is an impressive fusion of contemporary design and refinement, which means you’ll get to spend your holiday in a truly stunning home, surrounded by modern comforts.
Villa Cassia’s ground floor has several wide glass doors, bathing the house’s common areas in light. Nestled on this floor is a bright, open-plan living room featuring a sitting area furnished with chic sofas and a big flat-screen TV, as well as a fashionably decorated dining area.
Close by is a laundry room and a bathroom. Also on the ground floor are three cosy bedrooms exuding a laid-back vibe to help you get a great night’s sleep. All three have double beds, and one has an en suite bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled kitchen with a full range of cooking equipment. It has glass doors that open out onto the greenery outside. Also on the ground floor is a living room furnished with comfortable seating. Close by is another bathroom, as well as laundry facilities.
There are also two bedrooms on the first floor, both of which are as pleasantly snug as the other three bedrooms. One room has twin beds, while the other has a double bed.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Villa Exterior

Villa Cassia is a splendid villa encompassed by ravishing grounds that will make you want to spend as much time outdoors as you would inside the house. The property is bordered by tall hedges, which means you’ll get to enjoy your holiday in complete privacy.
The villa’s grounds feature several beautiful lawned areas shaded by Mediterranean trees, providing you with wonderful views wherever you are. You can walk around the gardens or take a dip in the large outdoor saltwater pool, which also has a Jacuzzi. Next to the pool is a stone-paved deck where you can soak up the Sicilian heat on a sunbed.
The ground floor of the villa has large furnished terraces, where you can enjoy an al fresco meal or just lounge around. Close by is a wide covered patio equipped with a dining table and a barbecue for your communal cookout.
The first floor of the house also has an expansive terrace and serves as the perfect spot for breathtaking views of the sea.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
