Villa Interior

Masseria Amelia is an elegant and ample seven bedroom, seven bathroom villa in Puglia, consisting of two floors, each with its own charm.

The ground floor is divided in two. One holds an intimate living area teeming with cosy sofas and armchairs. A modern kitchen resides in the same space complete with a dining room, large tables and comfortable chairs. The second side shelters five double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Plus, each room offers a convenient private entrance from the outdoor garden courtyard.

The first floor contains the roomy Family Suite with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area. The same floor offers a terrace with a picturesque view of the beautiful Puglia.

All these lavish features come with practical amenities such as air conditioning, LCD TV, heating, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen appliances, toaster and kettle, fireplace in both the living area and kitchen, mosquito nets, hairdryers and a secure alarm system.

Villa Exterior

Masseria Amelia has two separate entrances, one located at the front of the villa where welcoming Mediterranean greenery of citrus orchards, olive tree groves and a fruit garden abound, and another leading to the core of the Masseria, lined with a prominent tree and a lamp post.

The expansive space encourages both play and relaxation thanks to a wide pool, solarium area with ten sunbeds, and three external showers.

The property’s dry stone walls lies in the middle of a 30,000 square metre property that is as regal as it is restful.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
