Villa Interior

Ten double bedrooms and eleven bathrooms make up Villa Elena’s splendid interiors.

The ground floor houses an expansive foyer where an impressive 18th century marble fireplace made of polychrome stands in the midst of a conservatory-style space. The delightful dining room and salon offers guests scenic lake views. A double bedroom rests on the same floor where a special bathroom is available for the physically-challenged. Additionally, a professional well-equipped kitchen, laundry room and house bathroom provides practical convenience. A games room allows unbridled indoor recreation.

The first floor similarly provides picturesque lake views within the two double bedrooms. Each room has its own Jacuzzi and bathroom. Another lovely double bedroom rests on this level. Guests can work out at any time thanks to the fitness room’s generous Technogym equipment.
A large veranda, with stunning lake views, is located on the second floor. Two double bedrooms, each with private bathrooms are on this level. For limitless play and recreation, an American pool table and kids’ play area rests on the same floor.
The third floor nestles three double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Another double bedroom with its own bathroom is situated in a lovely annex twenty metres from the villa’s entrance.
Practical amenities such as air conditioning and wall safe are present in all the rooms.

Villa Exterior

An expansive veranda on the second floor offers picturesque views of Lake Como.

A soothing salt-water pool lies outdoors. Sunbathe and relax on the ample space beside the pool replete with snug sun loungers, chairs, shower and hot water.

A tennis court serves as an ideal space for sports-minded guests. Additionally, a table tennis facility, table football and pool table offer endless recreation.

An organic garden allows guests to select their preferred fruits and vegetables and have these prepared as a sumptuous meal by the chalet’s professional chef.

Near the villa stands a car park as well as a private jetty with a buoy allowing motorboats to freely moor.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
