Villa Interior

Two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a bunk bed, and three bathrooms make up Villa Emilia’s comfortable features.

The lower ground floor houses a snug lounge and sofa bed. A twin bedroom with a flawless bathroom is on the same level.

The ground floor has another expansive lounge offering scenic lake views. A pleasant reading area allows guests to curl in leisure with their favourite book. A professional well-equipped kitchen has a table suited for 12 people. A coffee maker, grill and oven are available for guests’ use. The same level nestles a glass-covered loggia providing picturesque lake views. The living room has a sofa and Sky TV, DVD, and VCR facilities.

The mezzanine area, which lies between the ground and first floors, offers a twin bedroom that also serves as a playroom. A flawless bathroom with a soothing Jacuzzi tub rests on the same level.

The first floor offers guests a queen size double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and another double bedroom with a comfortable bunk bed.

Other conveniences provided to the villa’s guests include WiFi internet, Satellite TV with Sky, and air conditioning. Extra services such as babysitting, transfer service, and massages are available upon request.

Villa Exterior

Lovely Lake Como is easily seen from the covered veranda of Villa Emilia.

An expansive sunny terrace, which serves as an ideal place for lounging, is accessible from the ground floor kitchen.

Beautiful French windows from the lower ground floor lead to the fenced in garden – a perfect place for kids to play in. A barbecue area is an ideal space for communal outdoor cooking, while the above-ground 2 mt x 4 mt pool is a refreshing respite after a day of exploring the sights of Santa Maria Rezzonico
village.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
