Villa Interior

Chalet Walter is all about luxurious comfort, which makes it one of the best chalet rentals in the Austrian Alps. The chalet`s common spaces are designed to help you make the most of your relaxation time after the day`s activities. On the ground floor, you`ll find a lounge with comfy seating and a low-key vibe, and a rustic dining room with plenty of space for eight people or even more. Farther on is a bright, country-style kitchen which looks deceptively small but is fully fitted with modern equipment, including a dishwasher.
The highlight of the ground floor is, of course, the wellness area, with its roomy sauna and rainfall shower. It even has seating and a flat-screen TV to maximise your chilling-out time after a hard day on the slopes.
There`s also a cellar where you`ll find plenty of storage room, as well as wine coolers for your stash of après-ski refreshments. A ski room with boot dryers has a lot of space for all your equipment.
Nestled on the first floor are four airy double bedrooms, each with its own modern en suite bathroom. The stone floors, pine-panelled ceiling and minimalist look make each bedroom a perfect oasis in which you can sleep the night away.

Villa Exterior

Chalet Walter`s outdoor space makes the most of its great location—the doorway to the slopes in the winter, and to the gorgeously verdant walking and cycling trails in the summer.
The ground floor of the chalet opens out onto a paved terrace from which you can take in the wonderful views, no matter what season it is. It features garden furniture for when you just want to lounge around, as well as a table and chairs for when you feel like eating outdoors while soaking in the fresh mountain air.
At the edge of the terrace is a wooden hot tub with a wood-fired heating system, a quaint luxury that`s perfect both in the summer and winter.
Upstairs, two of the bedrooms open onto a large furnished balcony, another great spot from which you can enjoy panoramic views of the majestic mountains around you.
The chalet has a garage with room for three cars.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

The above rates are on a per week basis. The charge is an estimation of costs. Please check our Booking and Cancellation policy for more details. Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
