Villa Interior

Villa Velia is an exquisitely designed villa that gives its guests the luxury of a plush Puglian holiday along with the comforts of home. This graceful villa’s entrance opens into a spacious living room that features white, minimalist-chic sofas and terracotta stone floors. Wide glass doors open out onto the outdoor pool area.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and kitchen. This space features a mixture of rustic and contemporary furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a wide range of culinary equipment and has a beautiful island with bar stools, as well as a wide flat-screen TV.
One end of the living room leads to a serene wellness and relaxation area with sea views, along with a beautiful Jacuzzi bath where six people can sit comfortably. The area is also kitted with chromotherapy lights and a bathroom.
Farther along, you’ll find two sleeping areas with five relaxed, light-filled bedrooms decorated with a mixture of country-style and fishing-themed furnishings. The master bedroom has a four-poster double bed and an en suite bathroom. There are two other double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. There’s also a twin bedroom and another one with a French bed. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and direct outdoor access.
Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are available throughout the villa.

Villa Exterior

Villa Velia is surrounded by an expansive stone terrace, giving guests a variety of spaces for taking in the magnificent views of the sea. Dotted around the terrace are gorgeous Mediterranean trees.
The centrepiece of the terrace is the stunning outdoor pool with a depth that goes from 1.20 to 1.95 metres. Around the pool are sunbeds where you can luxuriate in the Puglian sun. Close by are four outdoor showers.
On each side of the pool is an airy covered area, each offering dazzling sea views and easy access to the pool and the villa’s interiors. One houses stylish furniture for lounging and relaxing, while the other has a large rustic-chic dining table and a barbecue, for when you feel like treating yourself to an al fresco meal or a cookout. There’s also a small outdoor kitchen.
The gates to the villa are remote-controlled, and there’s parking for two cars.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
