Villa Interior

Three double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and three bathrooms complete the charming amenities of Villa Atria.

The ground floor nestles the elegantly furnished living room where a snug sitting area encourages communal lounging near the warmth of the open fireplace. A dining table and well-equipped kitchen offer limitless opportunities for a delectable down home meal. A private chef is available upon guests’ request. Three comfortable bedrooms are housed on this level. Guests can wake up to spectacular lake views from two double bedrooms. A twin bedroom, with two single beds as well as two bathrooms, is situated on the same floor.

A similarly expansive living room is on the lower ground floor. A dining table that can seat a maximum of fourteen people is on this level. A mini kitchen and a TV in the sitting corner are available. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds encourage restful slumber. A bathroom with shower is on the same floor.

Practical conveniences offered by Villa Atria include air conditioning in the three ground floor bedrooms, wireless internet, DVD, washing machine, ventilators, and dishwashers.

Villa Exterior

A 14×5 metre private salt water swimming pool allows guests to have a refreshing swim while taking in the gorgeous scent of the olive and palm trees surrounding the property.

An outdoor shower with hot running water is specially built for guests’ convenience.

The terrace on the ground floor has an outdoor table to allow guests to dine outside while basking under the warm sun or enjoying the cool night time air.

The barbecue area serves as an ideal communal space for outdoor cooking.

A three-car garage provides guests with spacious and comfortable parking.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
