Villa Interior

Four double bedrooms and four bathrooms complete Villa Gaia’s stunning features.
The first room, considered as the villa’s flagship suite, is romantic as it is well-equipped with practical amenities. Additionally, a snug sofa bed is available as well as children’s seats. The spacious marble-decorated master bathroom is replete with a shower and bathtub.

The second room, perfect for a large family, provides a cosy double bed and a two-person sofa bed. The delightful living area has a large balcony that overlooks the comely city of Como. A private bathroom with shower is available.
The third bedroom is nestled in a pleasant attic space where a double bedroom and a two-person sofa bed also rest.
The fourth room houses a double bedroom as well as a living room, kitchen, and sitting room.
A second room is situated in a lovely loft.
A flatscreen TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and Nespresso machine are present in all the rooms to keep guests comfortably satisfied.
A fitness room, laundry facility, and pantry are additional conveniences that guests can expect from Villa Gaia.

An outdoor pool as well as a chromotherapy shower provides guests with a restful holiday while in the villa.

Enjoy Como right from the garden and take in the city’s panoramic views. The barbecue area is an ideal place for communal cooking and get-togethers.

Experience a sumptuous Italian meal, local fruit, or pastry in the comfort of the veranda.

The solarium is the best place for a blissfully relaxing opportunity to sunbathe.

Free bikes are provided to ensure guests have the opportunity to explore all Como has to offer. Trips to the nearby town can be easily organized upon request.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
