Villa Interior

Villa Asia is a stunning villa rental on Lake Como, sitting on a hiill and offering gorgeous views of the glacial lake and surrounding mountains. Spread across three floors, the interiors of Villa Asia are all about understated elegance, mixing period furnishings and features with modern accents.
The first floor serves as the main floor of the villa, and the main entrance will take you to a spacious, open-plan living room. Wood-beamed ceilings and exposed-stone pillars give this area a rustic look. The lounge area features leather chairs and a sofa, and right next to it is a dining area with a large table and leather seating for eight people. All around are large glass windows that offer views of the magnificent surroundings.
Farther along is a snug, elegant library that features an array of books and kids’ games. There’s also a cosy, fully equipped kitchen.
You’ll also find two double bedrooms on this floor, both with en suite bathrooms and a laid-back vibe.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to a landing where you’ll find a cosy lounge with a flat-screen TV and a little balcony. This space also serves as a single bedroom. There’s a twin bedroom farther on, which has its own shower room.
Nestled on the ground floor is a well-equipped gym with a flat-screen TV. You’ll also find a cellar with a stock of vintage wines.
Wi-Fi, satellite channels and an Apple TV are just some of the modern conveniences you’ll enjoy in Villa Asia.

Villa Exterior

Villa Asia is designed to make the most of its serene, breathtakingly beautiful environment. The villa has a large outdoor space which is dominated by picturesque landscaped grounds, dotted with trees.
Extending from the main floor of the villa is a large stone terrace that features both lounging and dining furniture. You’ll also find plenty of seating under the trees that line the edge of the villa’s grounds.
On a patch of lawn overlooking Lake Como and the village below is a swimming pool surrounded by a deck with cushions, which serves as the perfect spot for some outdoor exercise while enjoying the stunning views.
There’s an abundance of lawned areas all around the villa, giving the little ones and the young at heart plenty of room to run around and enjoy the lush, tranquil surroundings.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
