Villa Interior

Villa Nona is a contemporary three-storey house that combines the intimacy of a private hilltop setting and the comforts of modern amenities.
Nestled on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, decorated to give off a laid-back vibe. A spacious double bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom and a glass door that opens onto the poolside terrace. There`s also another bathroom on this floor.
Upstairs is the breezy, L-shaped living space. The cosy sofabeds in the lounge are great for just lazing, watching satellite TV, or enjoying the dazzling sea views from the large glass windows.
A few steps farther is a homey kitchen equipped with everything you need for your culinary activities. It has an electric hob, a coffeemaker, a microwave and a dishwasher, along with a drinks fridge and a fridge/freezer. In the centre is a sleek dining table that accommodates up to 8 people. The windows offer panoramic views of the sea as well, and a glass door opens onto a shaded terrace.
On the top floor rests the master`s bedroom, featuring understated, classic furnishings, a double bed and plenty of room to move about. It also has a plasma TV, a sofa and a modern en suite bathroom. The light-filled room gives impressive views of the sea, which you can also enjoy by stepping out onto a furnished, shaded balcony.

Villa Exterior

Villa Nona`s outdoor areas are designed to give you the perfect space for unwinding while relishing the sun and the breathtaking sea views.
The villa`s ground floor opens onto a paved terrace that features a pool, a great area for cooling yourself while taking in the views of the picturesque resort and sea. The pool is flanked by a deck where you can indulge in some sunbathing time from the comfort of your lounger. Close by is a BBQ corner for your outdoor cooking needs.
A staircase along the side of the villa leads to the shaded first-floor terrace, where you can revel in the dazzling scenery while dining al fresco.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
