You will begin the day with an enchanting visit to a local farmers market for ingredients for your class. You will be using only organic ingredients, all grown locally and typically Puglian.
After your visit to the market, you will stop briefly to enjoy an Italian coffee or tea at an authentic Puglian coffeehouse and then return to the cookery school. Your cookery class will then begin. You will learn hands-on how to prepare, cook and taste some of Puglia’s specialty dishes.
This superb 6-hour Master Class is followed with a three-course lunch or dinner (tasting all those yummy homemade creations) and accompanied with a few delicious Salento wines.
