Villa Interior

Three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and four bathrooms complete Villa Gemma’s fine features.

The open and airy living room is nestled in the villa’s main floor.

Formerly a church, the property is now a comfortable homey villa housing practical amenities to ensure guests’ satisfaction. A piano is situated in the living room, while a stove and well-equipped kitchen corner stands in the villa’s main floor. A snug sofa and TV lounge is located upstairs.

A spiral staircase leads down to the restful sleeping area where the double bedrooms and twin bedroom rest. A double ensuite bedroom offers a shower, while the second double bedroom is as equally cosy. A 46-square metre dream-like suite provides guests with wide windows offering stunning lakeside views. A sitting corner is available while a double bed with shower and bathroom facilities is provided.

For entertainment, guests are provided with Satellite TV and wireless internet.

Other amenities include bed linen, heating, bathroom towels, DVD, sound system, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath.

Villa Exterior

A 5,000-square metre botanical garden envelopes Villa Gemma. A lush collection of flowers such as camellias, and azaleas, including a garden replete with vegetables, fill the property. A lakeside gazebo and a stone table with barbecue offers endless opportunities for outdoor lounging.

A pebble beach sits on one side of Villa Gemma while a stone deck made of rocks sits on the other side. Sun loungers are provided as great ways to enjoy a tan. A refrigerator is specially hidden inside a rock to help keep drinks cool.

For further adventure, a buoy is provided to make mooring your boat relatively easy.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
