Villa Interior

Villa Saveria is a splendid fusion of the modern and traditional. This gracefully designed home features a mixture of contemporary furnishings and country-style touches throughout its two floors.
The ground floor of the villa is all about light and space. Large glass doors brighten up the expansive living room, which features modern comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. The exposed-beam ceiling and the wooden flooring give this space a rustic charm. A wide hall leads into the kitchen/dining area. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to bring out your inner chef. There’s plenty of space here to make cooking as easy and fun as it should be. Close by is a cosy dining area right by a large window.
Also nestled on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, both with large wardrobes and homey decor. One has an en suite bath, while the other has a shower, which can also be accessed from the living room. This bedroom also has its own terrace.
Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom with an exposed-beam ceiling and a fireplace. This tranquil, spacious bedroom also has its own bathroom and balcony.

Villa Exterior

Villa Saveria is only a quick stroll to the town centre, but its structure and surroundings will lull you into thinking you’re out in the countryside. Everywhere you look outside, you’ll be treated to marvellous views of Mediterranean trees and plants.
The villa’s living room opens onto a covered terrace with wooden flooring and a dining table, where you can enjoy an al fresco meal whenever you feel like it.
A few steps from the terrace is the centrepiece of Villa Saveria’s outdoor space – the swimming pool, the perfect spot for invigorating and cooling yourself. The pool is surrounded by a large stone deck that’s furnished with sunloungers.
To the side of the pool is a lawn that also features sunloungers, where you can soak up the Mallorcan sun while enjoying the views of the greenery around you. Close by is an outdoor shower.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
