Villa Interior

The main villa comprises a large ground floor with bright, spacious living room, complete with a fireplace and a large fully-equipped kitchen. For the comfort and privacy of guests, there are three double bedrooms, each offering an en suite bathroom and shower. On the first floor there is also a large terrace that overlooks the garden and is home to a large table, wrought iron chairs and barbecue, providing the perfect setting for you to cook and enjoy your meal, or simply relax in the open air and take in the stunning views. Adjacent to the main villa, there is an additional building with its own private entrance, which houses the fourth spacious double bedroom complete with its own en suite bathroom and shower. Luxury is assured throughout the villa, with a wide range of modern comforts including: air conditioning, an alarm system, a video surveillance system, wooden double-glazed windows, 40 inch flat-screen TV, DVD player, mosquito nets, washing machine, dishwasher, thermal wall insulation, underfloor heating and solar panels.

PLEASE NOTE: USB Internet sticks can be provided upon request and for an extra cost (EUR 60.00 pw) but please be aware that we cannot guarantee its speed and reception.

Villa Exterior

Designed to make the very most of the villa’s extensive grounds, the gardens are divided into several distinct areas bordered by stone walls. Sit back and relax under the shade of the numerous fruit and olive trees that cover no less than half a hectare, or take full advantage of the recently-built 120 square-meter swimming pool. With the outdoor in mind, the spacious first-floor terrace offers a superb viewpoint from which you can survey the villa grounds, or take in the breathtaking views of the magnificent Salento countryside.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

The above rates are on a per week basis. The charge is an estimation of costs. Please check our Booking and Cancellation policy for more details. Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
