Villa Interior

The villa is suited for one large family or two families on holiday together. With ample space, the villa is split into 2 large apartments with their own living space and kitchen but joined together by a covered terrace.

Renovated to a very high standard, Villa Costanza has a rustic but modern feel to its interiors. The larger apartment has an open plan living and dining room with satellite TV and a small kitchenette nearby. There are 2 bedrooms here, one double and one twin bedroom that includes a set of bunk beds and 1 single bed, perfect for small children.

The second apartment is slightly smaller but also features an open plan living and dining room with a small kitchenette, bathroom and double bedroom.

Villa Exterior

Outside both apartments is a large covered terrace with comfortable sofas and seating on one side, perfect for relaxing and a long dining table on the other side, for alfresco dining. A second outside dining table is also featured nearby.

The terrace enjoys marvellous views of the surrounding olive tree orchard and swimming pool. Steps lead down to a long lap swimming pool which is served by sun loungers, cushioned bedding and an outside shower and bathroom.

Villa Costanza is just 2 km from some of Puglia’s glorious sandy beaches, Torre Guaceto and Lido Specchiolla. The baroque city of Lecce is also a short drive away. Brindisi airport is only 20 km way.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
