Villa Interior

With its clean white façade, swimming pool and impressive panoramic sea views, Villa Arianna oozes charm, calm and character.

Offering 4 double bedrooms, all en suite, the villa is only 5 km from a sandy beach and a protected nature reserve.

Inside, the villa is spread over 2 floors with the top floor completely independent with its own staircase down to the pool.

The villa is elegantly styled and furnished. On the ground floor there is a bright open plan dining room / living room with sofas and TV, a well-equipped modern kitchen and 3 spacious ensuite double bedrooms. Please note the kitchen is equipped with a mini-dishwasher. A standard dishwasher is placed in the storage area located closeby.

The bedrooms all have sliding doors out to the garden and pool. There is also a separate guest bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs is a separate independent guest unit, accessed by an external staircase. This guest unit includes a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom with bathroom and 2 stunning large terraces with sea views. There is air conditioning in every room and under floor heating in the winter months.

Villa Exterior

Located just outside Ostuni, Villa Arianna is situated in the charming town of Carovigno, so all the essentials are within easy reach. The villa is only 8 km from one of Puglia’s prettiest sandy beaches and a protected nature reserve.

Villa Arianna sits in the heart of a large olive and almond tree orchard with incredible views of the Adriatic sea. In the grounds, a large infinity pool is set in a sizeable sun terrace with sun loungers, outside shower and luxurious and comfortable seating. There is an excellent barbecue spot, with prep area, outside sink and dining table.

The second floor terrace features a large alfresco dining area, outside sink, barbeque and shaded relaxation area.

Please note: the sun umbrellas and the canopies shown in the pictures are not available anymore. Guests can benefit of plenty of shaded areas under the porch.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
