Villa Interior

Trullo Tito is a luxurious new built trulli villa. The trulli is situated in the olive grove countryside close to Ostuni and the sandy beaches and nature reserve of Torre Guaceto. Carefully designed and constructed with comfort in mind, there are superb fixtures and fittings throughout with under floor climate control and air conditioning in every room.

The villa boasts 4 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is comprised of 1 main house and a separate 2-bedroom trulli guesthouse. The main house features a large open plan living and dining room with a modern fully fitted kitchen, TV and fireplace. Along the hallway are 2 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

Opposite the main house is an attractive 2-bedroom trulli guesthouse featuring one double en suite bedroom (queen size bed) and 1 single bedroom with a pull out sofa bed to make a double bed. Both bedrooms are en suite and have their own private entrance overlooking the swimming pool.

Villa Exterior

Trulli Tito is found at the end of a secluded country lane with beautiful views across the valley. A large olive tree garden surrounds the most spectacular pool which is cleverly situated right in the middle of the grounds. It is complimented with a fabulous Jacuzzi bathtub.

The outside dining area is covered with a beautiful canopy and overlooks the swimming pool. A fully fitted outside kitchen complete with hob, sink and mini-fridge works brilliantly for outside dining.

Please note that Jacuzzi heating system can be used for a maximum of 3 hours a day. Extra usage can be arranged separately.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.

The above rates are on a per week basis. The charge is an estimation of costs. Please check our Booking and Cancellation policy for more details. Please note our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. However, shorter breaks and alternative arrival days might be available outside the peak season.
