Villa Interior

With direct access to the Adriatic sea and close to Bari and the shops and restaurants in Grotta Regina, this luxury modern villa in Puglia is the ideal family villa. The villa can be used for one big family or for 2 families on holiday together as the layout inside its split into 2 separate guest units.

Renovated to a very high standard, Villa Lucrezia has clean white interiors with floor to ceiling windows featured throughout. On the ground floor there is a large open plan living and dining room with a smart fully equipped kitchen nearby. Along the corridor are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first floor can be accessed from an internal staircase but also from a private entrance outside the villa. The master bedroom is located upstairs with its own balcony and private bathroom. The open plan living and dining room offers the best sea views from the villa with a fireplace, and satellite TV.

Villa Exterior

Outside, a broad veranda is stylishly furnished for al fresco lounging and dining with comfortable sun loungers nearby overlooking the sea. Stepping-stones lead guests directly from the veranda right down to the sea. There is also a second terrace right outside the villa, covered from the hot sun and perfect for enjoying breakfast.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
