Villa Interior

A master bedroom with an ensuite shower, three double bedrooms, as well as one bath and three showers are features that complete this three-level luxury villa in San Cassiano. Two utility rooms with a laundry service and a large loft where the living room, kitchen and dining area are housed, add to Chalet Nettuno’s practical charm. Also, an additional double room can be requested for personal staff.

Chalet Nettuno’s opulent attention to detail shows in the materials it has chosen to make up its interiors. The floors are made of vintage planed oak thereby giving the chalet a sophisticated yet homey feel. For quintessential comfort, the quilts and cushions are made of 100% duck feathers.

The wood vaulted ceiling shelters the open plan living, kitchen and dining area.
For utmost relaxation, a dry sauna, massage room, steam bath and sauna beds are available.

Skiers and alpinists will appreciate a special ski deposit and bag deposit room as well as a small gym area.

Other amenities include induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, Wi Fi internet access, flats creen TV, Satellite TV, iPod docking, MP3 holder, Playstation, a Hammam shower, and a fireplace.

Villa Exterior

Chalet Nettuno’s exterior is specially reconstructed to save it from gradual decline. Restored with strict attention to detail, the property used larch wood from Austria’s authentic old barns to preserve its 19th century farmhouse feel.

A garden as well as a covered parking suited for three vehicles surrounds the property.
This luxury villa’s environmental impact has been properly assessed in order to optimize its energy consumption and therefore maximize its energy savings. Its classic structural features were gauged including the chalet’s total aesthetics. Guests are thereby ensured of guilt-free energy efficiency while on a restful holiday.

Price Per Week

Normally rented from Saturday to Saturday, with flexibility during off-peak season.
